Dans le cadre du F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic de Girona 2026, quatorze des restaurants les plus prestigieux de nos r\u00e9gions \u2014 tous distingu\u00e9s par des \u00e9toiles Michelin \u2014 se sont r\u00e9unis pour un rendez-vous historique : le deuxi\u00e8me D\u00eener Esperit F\u00f2rum. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 au restaurant Esperit Roca \u00e0 Sant Juli\u00e0 de Ramis, n\u2019a pas seulement \u00e9t\u00e9 une vitrine du talent culinaire, mais aussi un acte de coop\u00e9ration et de fraternit\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Loin de toute comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, les chefs ont travaill\u00e9 main dans la main pour offrir un menu d\u00e9gustation unique qui r\u00e9sumait l\u2019essence de notre territoire. <\/p>\n<p>Les points cl\u00e9s de la rencontre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un menu de 15 \u00e9toiles : chaque \u00e9tablissement a apport\u00e9 sa vision et sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour confectionner un parcours gastronomique exceptionnel pour 55 convives.<\/li>\n<li>Unit\u00e9 du secteur : l\u2019initiative a pour objectif principal de briser les tabous et de montrer la complicit\u00e9 qui existe entre les cuisiniers de G\u00e9rone. Comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9 durant la soir\u00e9e, c\u2019est l\u2019union qui fait grandir notre gastronomie locale. <\/li>\n<li>Repr\u00e9sentation de luxe : des trois \u00e9toiles d\u2019El Celler de Can Roca jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la rigueur et la tradition de notre maison, le Restaurant Massana, le d\u00eener a \u00e9t\u00e9 une mosa\u00efque des diff\u00e9rentes identit\u00e9s culinaires qui se c\u00f4toient \u00e0 G\u00e9rone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette rencontre r\u00e9affirme l\u2019engagement de tous ceux qui font partie de ce collectif \u00e0 continuer d\u2019innover et d\u2019offrir des exp\u00e9riences inoubliables \u00e0 nos clients.
