How do I make the payment?
Payments for the Gift Voucher will be made via online payment. Upon completing the purchase, the user will receive an email with detailed information about the gift voucher, including its code, the number of diners, and the price.

Personal data.
The personal data provided will be incorporated into our existing database in order to process the reservation and facilitate future ones. Likewise, you may access your data via email. Please remember that personal data must be provided with maximum accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents.
Security of personal data.
The reservation and payment process (containing your account information) is carried out through a secure server. The security software (SSL) encrypts all the information you enter before it is sent to us. Furthermore, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
Advance payment of the reservation.
Your reservation will only require full payment on the days stipulated by the restaurant for reservation management reasons.
Reservations that require a deposit and are made via online payment will receive an email with detailed information about the reservation, including its code, the date and time, the number of diners, the total payment to be made, and the payment validity deadline. This email will provide access to the payment system via the (Pay by card button); to complete the process, you must click the CONTINUE button at the end of the payment process.
This payment will credit and confirm the acceptance of the reservation by the restaurant, which will be communicated via email.

Right to modification, withdrawal, and cooling-off period.
You may modify the reservation date depending on the Restaurant’s availability for the new day and time proposed by the client, as well as the number of diners.
You have the right to withdraw from the reservation without any justification, with 3 days’ notice prior to the reserved date. This withdrawal guarantees a 100% refund of the amount paid when making the reservation.
In the event of withdrawal within the 9 days prior to the reserved date, the reservation payment will remain on deposit at the restaurant, to be used within a maximum period of 6 months from the reserved date.
In the event of withdrawal by all or some of the diners of a reservation without prior notice, the payment on account for these diners will not entitle them to a refund.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing at the email address: info@restaurantmassana.com, providing the withdrawal message along with your name, phone number, and reservation number.
