Purchase Process

Users registered on our WEBSITE must be of legal age and will provide their data through the registration forms accurately and faithfully, corresponding solely to their person, and accepting consent regarding Restaurant Massana’s privacy policy.

Payment can be made immediately through our bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If an order needs to be returned or canceled, the amount will be refunded only to the same payment card identified in the order. Cancellations

Restaurant Massana shall have the right to cancel any reservation for the following reasons: In case of a technical or typographical error in the prices or other product data contained on the website when the reservation was made. When security systems indicate that the reservation may be fraudulent.

“Gift” Procedure

How do I make the payment?

Payments for the Gift Voucher will be made online. Upon completion of the purchase, the user will receive an email with detailed information about the gift voucher, including its code, the number of diners, and the price.

Personal Data

The personal data you provide will be incorporated into our existing database for the purpose of processing your reservation and facilitating future ones. Likewise, you can access your data via email. Please remember that personal data must be provided with maximum accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents.

Security of Personal Data

The reservation and payment process (containing your account information) is carried out through a secure server. The security program (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. Likewise, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

Advance Payment for Reservation

Your reservation will only require full payment on days when the restaurant stipulates it, for reservation management reasons.

Reservations that require a deposit and are made via online payment will receive an email with detailed reservation information, including the reservation code, date and time, number of diners, total payment due, and payment validity deadline. This email will provide access to the payment system via the (Pay with card button); to finalize the process, click the CONTINUE button at the end of the payment process.

This payment will be credited and will confirm the restaurant’s acceptance of the reservation, which will be communicated via email.

Right to Modification, Withdrawal, and Cooling-off Period

You may modify the reservation date based on the Restaurant’s availability for the new day and time proposed by the client, as well as the number of diners.

You have the right to withdraw from the reservation without justification, within 3 days prior to the reserved date. This withdrawal guarantees a 100% refund of the amount paid when making the reservation.

For withdrawals within 9 days preceding the reserved date, the reservation payment will remain as a deposit at the restaurant, to be used within a maximum period of 6 months from the reserved date.

In the event of withdrawal by all or part of the diners of a reservation without prior notice, the payment on account for these diners will not generate a right to reimbursement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing via email: info@restaurantmassana.com, providing your withdrawal message along with your name, phone number, and reservation number.
