Within the framework of the Girona Gastronomic Forum 2026, fourteen of the most prestigious restaurants in our regions—all of them awarded Michelin stars—gathered for a historic event: the second Esperit Fòrum Dinner.

The event, held at the Esperit Roca restaurant in Sant Julià de Ramis, was not only a showcase of culinary talent but also an unprecedented act of cooperation and camaraderie. Far from competitiveness, the chefs worked side-by-side to offer a unique tasting menu that encapsulated the essence of our territory.
